The personal side of me.

Family shapes a great deal of how I see the world. I have four daughters, and a lot of my time outside work is spent with them, whether that's camping, hiking, or just building things together. Music is a constant presence in my life. I compose electronic tracks as a creative outlet, which keeps my instincts sharp and my tolerance for experimentation high. Painting, drawing, and community involvement round out the picture. It all feeds back into the work in ways that are hard to quantify but easy to notice.

Dan brought an energy to the team that made the office feel comfortable, collaborative, and fun. He has a goofy personality in the best way possible, the kind of leader who could break tension, make people laugh, and create a safe environment where people felt comfortable learning, asking questions, and growing.
