Creative Manager focused on performance-driven creative systems across ads, landing pages, and video.

I work at the intersection of strategy, design, and experimentation to help teams turn ideas into creative that delivers, performs, and scales.

What I Focus On

  • Creative strategy across paid social, landing pages, and video.
  • Messaging systems that improve clarity and conversion.
  • Building feedback loops between creative, media, and performance data.

How I work

  • Strong focus on clarity in messaging and execution.
  • Comfortable moving between strategy, hands-on creative, and team leadership.
  • Built around testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional approach with media, analytics, and design teams.
  • Very forward-thinking and pondering about how to make processes more efficient, how we can use new tools like AI, and how can we break new ground.

I love being forward-thinking. Here is an app that I was working on that uses AI to helps reduce vague feedback for designers.

The personal side of me.

Family is a big part of my life, with four daughters shaping a lot of how see the world. Time outside matters, especially camping, hiking, and anything in nature. Music plays a constant role, especially when it does something unexpected. There’s a strong pull toward electronic music in all its forms, along with making experimental tracks as a creative outlet. Painting, drawing, and crafting with the kids are regular parts of life, along with a strong focus on serving in the community.
Dan brought an energy to the team that made the office feel comfortable, collaborative, and fun. He has a goofy personality in the best way possible, the kind of leader who could break tension, make people laugh, and create a safe environment where people felt comfortable learning, asking questions, and growing.
